At Zenro, we offer refunds within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted, and we are unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges after this period.
